First of we have to say that we consider the Willemstad area to be the city center including Punda and Otrabanda. The most important tips we can give when driving in the Willemstad area are the following; Parking can be a hassle especially when residing on the Punda area. There are two big parking garages in the area. The one at Renaissance is very spacious and there is always enough space to park your vehicle.
